Washington Bank Selects SEDONA For CRM

April 7, 2005

SEDONA Corporation, a provider of CRM solutions for small and midsized financial services organizations, announced this week that Washington-based Venture Bank has selected SEDONA as its CRM provider.

Venture Bank has 14 financial centers in four western Wash. counties;it offers a full spectrum of financial services, including commercial, construction, residential and consumer lending, deposit products, online baking, bill pay and other banking services. The bank also provides a broad range of investment services through its subsidiary, Venture Wealth Management, Inc.

Prior to selecting SEDONA, the bank employed a CRM product that lacked critical functionality required by the bank. After reviewing over eight CRM solutions via a thorough RFP process, in-depth product demonstrations, reference checks and overall vendor business reviews, the CRM team at Venture Bank determined that SEDONA’s Intarsia best fit their needs.

“We had a clear picture of what we wanted and we know from our own experience that we had to be thorough in our investigation and analysis of all vendor product capabilities,” Venture Bank SVP of Marketing Joseph Beaulieu said. “SEDONA’s product not only demonstrated all the functionality we sought, but we spoke to several of their clients who all confirmed that the system delivered as advertised.”

SEDONA's Intarsia is a solution aimed at providing SMBs with the following characteristics:comprehensive, offering numerous richCRM capabilities; vertical, optimized for unique data and processes of vertical markets (such as community and regional banks, credit unions andinsurance companies);fully integrated, featuring prebuilt integration with banking and credit union core processing, insurance policy management and other critical back-end systems; cost and ROI sensitive, with implementations typically take six to eight weeks;andwell supported, as numerous solution providers servicing financial institutions offer Intarsia as their own CRM product.

SEDONA offers Intarsia via traditional purchase licensing, as well as an in-house hosted application service.
