Visionaries Lead the Way

A visionary may have the ability to lead you out of the desert.  But for those of us in technology, who live every day in a fast-paced, ever-changing world, a visionary can help lead the way with “skating to where the puck is going to be” as Wayne Gretzky once put it.  Anticipating the future by understanding all that is happening to shape the future is a difficult task.  Not impossible, but difficult.

In order for visionaries to be successful, they have to do more than simply look forward. They need to look forward and make a positive impact on the world.  With respect to communications technology, this potentially means creating a product that provokes change through disruption or developing a solution that’s a few steps ahead of the technology curve.  Given the fast pace of change in communications these days, “Visionary” is not only a great word to be associated with, it’s a necessary word to be associated with.  Because if you are not looking ahead and anticipating what is coming, how are you going to keep exciting your customers?

Dialogic has just been named a Visionary in the Gartner Session Border Controller Magic Quadrant.  This is not the first time Dialogic has been in a Gartner Magic Quadrant, having been a part of the Softswitch Architecture Magic Quadrant in prior years.  So even though we are familiar with it, it still brings the same excitement to us.

As such, we are honored to be among the members of the Visionaries Session Border Controller Magic Quadrant.  And we look forward to exciting our customers – not only now, but continuing into the future. If you’d like to access a complimentary copy of Gartner’s SBC Magic Quadrant report, visit the Dialogic website.
