Lots of news stories today about how Costa Rica may ban VoIP and make it illegal. How they are going to enforce the ban on VoIP should be interesting. Are they going to monitor Internet traffic at the ISP level? Are they going to force the ISPs to block Skype or other types of VoIP traffic? If they just block common VoIP ports (i.e. SIP's port 5060), there are ways around that.
