VoIP Watch: Vonage Off The Hook In Minnesota
Basically, the FCC has already sided with the VoIP service providers, so Minnesota had no choice. Federal govenment trumps state government when it comes to telecommunications (among other things).
But this doesn't mean heavily regulates states won't give up fighting VoIP. We'll see what creative 'loopholes' the states come up with next.
