Voxify Customer Wins Award

Congrats to Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s July Technology Highlights focus — Voxify — for its contribution to Wyndham International’s attainment of Speech Technology Magazine’s Most Innovative Solutions award.

More than 35 reader nominations were received for companies around the world. From those, Wyndham “stood out with its vision for offering the best experience at all touch points and using technology to fulfill this vision.” The magazine’s writers chose the winners based on the reader nominations.

Wyndham selected Voxify to offer the best customer experience via its Automated Agents answering all incoming calls, from greeting, hotel information, confirmation and cancellation to booking. In other company news, Voxify today also announced�the appointment of Roger Nunn as VP of� Sales. Nunn has 25 years' of enterprise sales leadership experience.�In his new position, Nunn will report to company CEO Adeeb Shanaa and will be responsible for worlwide sales. Nunn's new role requires him to be responsible for expanding global sales for Voxify, as well as taking a strategic role in meeting sales objectives, building partnerships and directing the company's sales team.

Most recently, Nunn was the Executive VP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Blue Pumpkin. Prior to his time at Blue Pumpkin, Nunn was the Senior VP of North America CRM at Avaya; and he's held sales leadership positions at Quintus, Sun Microsystems and Auspex.�
