1. What does your company do for its clientele in regards to Internet protocol communications and technologies?
OrecX records and stores customer phone calls (incoming and outgoing) for customer service and liability purposes.

1.5 How do companies use OrecX?
Enterprises and contact centers employ OrecX to ensure compliance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.), optimize customer service and mitigate risk (resolve he-said she-said disputes, e.g.). With OrecX, organizations can capture full customer interactions, including both the voice (customer and agent) and the agent's corresponding screen activity (video). OrecX's call recorder includes quality management software to assess and improve the skill sets of agents. The software installs in just 30 minutes and integrates easily with third-party analytics tools.



2. What's the latest news of your company?

OrecX introduces auto-tagging to easily identify specific spoken keywords within recorded calls, such as "cancel my order" or "let me speak to a manager." (June 2017)

OrecX integrates with VoiceBase voice analytics. (April 2017)

4. How is your company involved in the global open source community?
OrecX works with open source solution providers within the contact center space (a la Broadsoft, Metaswitch, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and others to develop new standards and uncover emerging customer requirements. Through SourceForge, we offer the industry's first and most downloaded open source call recording software - Oreka.
