EFF's AT&T-NSA Hearing Is Tomorrow

Tomorrow at 2 p.m in San Francisco, U.S. District Court Judge Vaughn Walker will review a request by the Electronic Frontier Foundation and several media groups to unseal evidence in the EFF's class-action suit against AT&T.

The suit alleges that AT&T worked in partnership with the National Security Agency to spy on the phone records of millions of Americans. The evidence includes a declaration by former AT&T engineer Mark Klein, in which he knew of these practices.

Judge Walker will also rule on whether two state court lawsuits against AT&T and Verizon-should stay with his court or transferred back to state courts.
