Europe - 5x Growth for IPTV subscribers by 2011

I saw a note in Advanced Television daily news referring to a new Parks Associates whitepaper looking at IPTV service in Europe. The whitepaper "IPTV in Europe: Digital TV in a Hyper-Competitive Market" considers Europe a test bed for deployment of advanced television services. It notes that global growth rate of suscriber base has grown 232% year-over-year. Yet, service providers are "still strugging with how to price, differentiate and market this new service."
