Harold Feld has worked in public advocacy and private practice in media and telecommunications policy for over ten years and blogging on policy issues since 2003. In 2007, Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) praised Feld for "[doing] a lot of great work helping people understand how FCC decisions affect people and communities on the ground." Feld is Legal Director for the D.C.-based digital advocacy group Public Knowledge, and is a partner at Strength To Strength Develop-Ed, LLC.


Harold's blog, A Policy Hacker's Manual, will present unique insight for individuals interested in how public policy in telecom actually works, how to predict it, and how to shape it.
