OnviSource Acquires Davacord

Contact center recording and quality monitoring solutions provider Davacord, Inc. (formerly VoiceLogger) has been purchased by OnviSource, the parent company of CadCom Telesystems, Business Solutions and Axius Portals.�

The purpose of OnviSource’s all-cash transaction of Davacord is to position the former to deliver productivity and compliance tools, operations support capabilities, inbound and outbound call handling and revenue-bearing vertical applications.
