Vonage VoIP Calls Blocked Again?

Advanced IP Pipeline is reporting that Vonage is investigating another possible instance of VoIP call blocking, this time by a cable company in the Midwest U.S. See the article by Paul Kapustka at:

Vonage has not named the operator and has not said how many users have been affected.
