- 1 (12-ounce) bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ⅓ cup brandy
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon zest (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Mix cranberries and sugar in a bowl and spread evenly on a sheet pan or baking dish. Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and stir in the brandy and lemon juice. Place in to a seal container and refrigerate.
Makes 2 cups. Serve garnished with the lemon zest.
