Susan Crawford is a telecom lawyer, professor and activist (among other things). Her book about the last ten years of the telecom industry is out by Yale Press, titled "Captive Audience: The Telecom Industry and Monopoly Power in the New Gilded Age". She recaps the book in this hour long video.
