The World Is Your Oyster

Oysters were the central food on Saturday. I made oyster po' boys accompanied with oyster soup. I knew the po' boy would be good but the soup was fantastic. It took me a little while to decide on the recipe but in the end it is very similar to a chowder but without potatoes. I did cheat a little in the version that I made, in that, I cooked off some bacon and used the bacon fat instead of butter. I wanted the slightly smoky addition. Sunday breakfast consisted of a wonderful egg croissant sandwich with caviar. I am definitely making that again. Sunday dinner was grilled veal chops, basil roasted tomato salsa and cheesy rice. And the recipe of the weekend is Oyster Soup. All is good with the world.

I apologize for being late today but I had an interview to conduct and time just got away from me. With that, I'll connect you to the third and final installment of Hosted VoIP vs. Premise Based VoIP: The Honest Truth III featuring Eric Thomas, CEO of FreedomVOICE and me. Broadvox and FreedomVOICE do not have a relationship or partnership. However, Eric and I are both interested in doing what is best to accelerate the adoption of IP Communications.

See you on Wednesday when we will discuss Broadvox's latest case studies!
