- 12 ounces of rare or raw beef filet cubed into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup sweet onion, minced
- ¼ cup of green onion, thinly sliced, green top only
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard cup green onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
Combine in mixing bowl and chill for at least an hour
