Ingredients
- 1 1 ½" thick Porterhouse steak
- 2 teaspoons White seasoning mixture
- Freshly cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
Place a rack on a small cookie sheet or pizza pan. Place steak on top of rack and put into a refrigerator uncovered for at least two days. Remove from the refrigerator allowing the beef to come to room temperature prior to cooking. Rub both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle white seasoning mixture on both sides. Heat either gas or charcoal grill. Rub the grates with the remaining oil when hot.
Grill for 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
