3 tablespoons herbs de provence
1 tablespoon thyme
¼ cup salt
¼ cup paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
½ tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons Chinese five spice
Grind the herbs de provence and thyme. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Store in a jar.
