Gizmoogle

In what could be an interesting move towards a vastly expanded VoIP offering, yet a more FCC regulated, Google it has been reported by TechCrunch that the search giant has purchased Gizmo5.

I wrote an article about the Gizmo Project back in November 2007. It seems that they have come along since.

Google has not officially announced anything about this deal yet, so we shall see if it is real, or just VoIP deal chatter.
