- 8 ounces crab meat
- 1 large avocado, halved
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 seeded and chopped Serrano pepper
- 12 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- ½ teaspoon adobo seasoning
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Directions
In a mixing bowl add half the avocado, sour cream and lime juice. Mash with a large fork or potato masher until smooth. Add the Serrano pepper tomatoes, adobo and cilantro. Mix well.
Finally cube the remaining avocado and gently fold it and the crab meat into the mixture until just incorporated.
Serve over lettuce with a side of salsa.
