- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 head of cabbage, cored and sliced thinly
- ½ medium onion, sliced thinly
- 1 apple, cored, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions:
In large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add all ingredients to the skillet, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove and serve.
