911 Enable at ITEXPO East this week in Miami is highlighting its emergency 911 services, which it offers on a hosted basis to hosted PBX service providers, SIP trunking service providers, resident voice service providers, telematics service providers and relay centers.
The company can get new customers up and running on its emergency 911 services within 24 to 48 hours of the contract being signed. And, unlike some competitors, 911 Enable’s database is nationwide and has uses the same format/interface regardless of the state in which it’s used.
Pricing for the 911 Enable service is per subscriber (rather than per database dip) and rate sheet-based, so customers know what to expect in terms of their bills.
Address validation for this service also is noteworthy because 911 Enable offers the lowest percent of address validation rejections in the industry. It’s able to say that because with its system if an address is wrong, it offers alternatives. For example, if someone inputs add address in the system with the word Road instead of Street, it suggestions other options, like Street or Avenue.
