Leading Health CIO Joins ShoreTel During ITEXPO Keynote

My team has made a tremendous effort to bring more practitioners to ITEXPO to help our attendees learn from real-world experience of others. Our goal is to serve you better and we have had numerous requests to to add more real-world discussions to some of our content offering such as major speaking slots.

Rusty Williams, CIO of the Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society (seriously – they don’t use an acronym?) Wink , a leading health services organization with more than 17,000 employees, will Join ShoreTel’s  Kevin Gavin in a keynote address at ITEXPO West 2010, on Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 3:30 p.m., in the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Remember – the show takes place Oct. 4 to 6.

Williams, heads up all technical and operational activities pertaining to information services, including creating and maintaining a corporate information services strategic direction. By attending the keynote you can learn from his experiences on how simplifying communications at his organization will empower more than 17,000 employees across the US. Moreover he will offer insight on key areas that you should should address when evaluating unified communications.

It should be very educational and ShoreTel to its credit has weathered a tough market and virtually all challenges thrown at it to emerge as a larger and larger player in the telecom space. Once known as an SMB-only communications provider, the “orange-shirted” organization has shown it is possible to move your company upmarket while competing with behemoths like Avaya and Cisco.

Please be sure to come to the other keynotes as well:

CA Technologies: Adam Famularoan
