April 24, 2009 at 10:20 amThis is another blow to women’s rights. Technology of the 21st century has little bearing on a legal system that’s stuck in the Dark Ages. Think of how many children witness the abuse of their mothers and the sadness of their mothers being imprisoned in loveless marriages.
