We got word recently from our show hotel that they are about to sell out. Here is a summary of what is happening with the show from a recent e-mail we sent:
With three weeks remaining until the VoIP Developer Conference begins in
1. Growing attendee list boasts many impressive companies - Earthlink, Oracle, RIM (Blackberry), AOL. Each of these companies has purchased a Diamond Team Plan and are sending four delegates to attend the conference program. They are very indicative of the type of attendees you will meet at the show. Every day, more attendees from impressive companies like these join the registration list.
2. Conference hotel sold out -
We received notice from the Sheraton today that our block of rooms is entirely sold out. Luckily, the Sheraton has been kind enough to extend our special rate on any remaining rooms they have - but they don't have very many. As a conference organizer, one of the clearest indications we have to forecast the success of an event is the number of rooms sold in the show hotel. Needless to say, we are expecting a great turnout in the conferences and exhibit hall.
Registration trends suggest this conference will grow 150% over the inaugural event last year. We expect more than 1,000 developers, engineers, program managers and manufacturers to walk the floor and attend the sessions.
It's not too late to participate in the exhibit and take advantage of this forum focused on VoIP development - the only VoIP development conference in the world this year.
The atmosphere is so focused on education and on seizing this exciting opportunity VoIP has spawned, you can't help but have great conversations and forge the most lucrative partnerships.
