Little things like soft client support and support for phones such as these are why Vonage is a superior VoIP solution for anyone traveling. This includes virtually all cable and ILEC-based solutions. Strangely when so many people say that Vonage has a tremendous disadvantage being a single-play company in a triple-play world they don’t mention little niceties like this that distance them from your typical ILEC or cableco. And no, I am not a shareholder of the company – I am just calling it as I see it.
