So I thought instead I would link you to articles of interest I have seen today. Some are IP communications related and some are not. Enjoy:
To start off with you should read Tracey Schelmetic’s Vishing, Phishing And Wishing Scammers Would Be Crushed By Meteors which is educational and funny. If you remember the optical boom and JDS Uniphase in particular you remember how fast these stocks rose and how much money investors made and lost because of this stock in particular. Well now JDSU has some new capabilities for its DTS-330. The SimulSource IP Video Generation Application is a software tool to enable network equipment manufacturers to verify equipment for IPTV (News – Alert) and triple-play deployment.
Before I go, I would like to point you to Tom Keating’s blog where he discusses the Firefox VoIP extension and he also points out that the New York Times (Tom’s favorite paper?? And I thought he was a conservative) is now available on mobile phones. Here are the details. Oh and by the way I tested the site just now and I like the service. It downloads quickly and even has small graphics. They even snuck in an ad — which I appreciate because us media companies need to make money you know. š

Randy wrote that entry.
I saw that earlier today and debated editing it out, since the NY Times isn’t my favorite paper.
I simply added his name in just now. Wouldn’t want people to get the wrong idea that I support a left-leaning newspaper.
