I am speaking at Interactive Intelligence and Vonexus seminars tomorrow. I am looking forward to the trip and the talk. Speaking in front of an audience energizes me and the seminars put on by this company are always excellent — attracting large crowds of quality people who always ask intelligent questions.
The last time I spoke at one of these seminars the crowds were similar for the call center and enterprise IP PBX sessions. I am going to spend some time differentiating my talks so that both are full of useful content and information you can use.
