CyberSentriq Unveils Unified Security and Data Protection Stack for MSPs

Key Takeaways:

  • CyberSentriq debuts as a unified platform formed by the merger of Redstor and TitanHQ, built specifically for MSPs
  • Backed by Bregal Milestone, the company aims to reach $100 million in annual recurring revenue by 2028
  • The platform is already in use by 300 MSPs and is designed for scale, simplicity, and partner-centric delivery

CyberSentriq has officially launched as a new cybersecurity and data protection platform, combining two well-established brands—Redstor and TitanHQ—into a single offering tailored for managed service providers (MSPs). With an MSP-first design philosophy, the company promises to reduce complexity and streamline how partners deliver backup, threat protection, and email security services to SMB clients.

The launch comes at a moment when MSPs are being pressed to do more with fewer tools, less overhead, and faster response times. CyberSentriq consolidates core services—cloud-native backup, email and web filtering, phishing and malware protection, and integrated security training—into one tightly integrated stack. The goal is to reduce vendor bloat, speed up onboarding, and deliver more efficient, automated security outcomes for MSP customers.

The company is led by co-CEOs James Griffin (former CEO of Redstor) and Ronan Kavanagh (former CEO of TitanHQ), who describe CyberSentriq as a “purpose-built response” to rising demand for consolidated, automated platforms.

“We’re delivering a full-stack solution without compromise,” said Griffin. “By combining Redstor’s data protection with TitanHQ’s security stack, we’re giving MSPs the operational simplicity and depth of protection they’ve been asking for.”

Kavanagh added that this is about eliminating “operational drag”—the cumulative friction created by trying to stitch together siloed tools from different vendors.

Purpose-Built for the Channel

CyberSentriq is exclusively channel-driven. Every element of the platform—from its licensing model to support to onboarding flows—is designed for MSPs managing multiple tenants. It provides white-label options, centralized policy management, unified dashboards, and a partner portal built for scalability.

The full offering includes:

  • Cloud backup and recovery with ransomware rollback and M365 integration
  • Email security with phishing, malware, spam, and link protection
  • Web filtering to block malicious or inappropriate content
  • Security awareness training to reduce risk at the end-user level
  • Threat intelligence and scoring to identify risk across environments

A unified interface allows MSPs to configure, monitor, and report on all services from one platform, regardless of customer size or vertical.

Backed to Scale

CyberSentriq is funded by private equity firm Bregal Milestone, which has committed to supporting the company’s growth toward a $100 million annual recurring revenue target by 2028. Financial backing also includes support from HSBC Innovation Banking and J.P. Morgan.

The company is already working with around 300 MSPs in North America and plans to expand its reach globally through 2025 and beyond.

According to John Hales, Managing Partner at Bregal Milestone, the rationale is simple: “MSPs need unified solutions. There’s an increasing demand for tools that combine data resilience and threat protection. CyberSentriq delivers that—and does so with automation at its core.”

Timing and Market Fit

The launch of CyberSentriq lands during a broader shift in the MSP ecosystem. With cyberattacks growing in scale and sophistication, and SMBs demanding higher-quality security from their providers, MSPs are facing new pressure to upgrade their offerings. However, the reality of managing multiple vendors, disjointed systems, and manual workflows has created a bottleneck.

CyberSentriq enters this market with a clear message: simplify, consolidate, automate.

The company’s product architecture is cloud-native and API-driven. It integrates with existing PSA and RMM tools to reduce friction and makes use of intelligent defaults, threat modeling, and zero-touch configuration for many routine setup tasks.

Early partner feedback has been strong. MSPs cite faster deployment, reduced training time for technicians, and a more competitive posture when bidding against larger service providers.

Roadmap and Vision

In the coming quarters, CyberSentriq plans to expand its analytics and AI threat detection capabilities, introduce deeper reporting for compliance-driven verticals, and strengthen integrations with other tools MSPs already rely on.

Leadership emphasized that the vision is not just to unify services—but to elevate them. By enabling real-time insight across backup, endpoint, and messaging layers, CyberSentriq wants to help partners move from reactive response to proactive security posture.

“It’s not just about combining products,” said Griffin. “It’s about creating a platform where each element improves the performance of the others. The whole should be smarter than the sum of its parts.”

That message is likely to resonate in a market where service providers are looking to increase margins without compromising quality, and where end clients are asking for more protection and visibility than ever before.
