Mohammad explained enterprise and service provider customers were asking for this relationship and they can leverage their NOCs in Mumbai, Capetown and Ohio to support customers while also having a single pane of glass allowing them to constantly monitor the customer’s network.
NSC’s all-inclusive managed SD-WAN services encompass pre-sales, advisory, procurement, staging, provisioning 24×7 monitoring, reporting, break-fix and expedited moves, adds and changes.
