RingLogix Launches QuickBooks Integration to Simplify MSP Billing

RingLogix has unveiled a native QuickBooks Online (QBO) integration within its RingOS Marketplace, aiming to streamline billing and bookkeeping processes for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Key Features:

  • Automated Invoice Syncing: Invoices generated in RingOS are automatically reflected in QuickBooks, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
  • Detailed Financial Mapping: The integration supports syncing of charges, credits, taxes, and subscription-level details, allowing for accurate financial records.
  • Customizable Mappings: MSPs can map transactions by categories or specific services, such as PBX or SIP, facilitating clearer revenue tracking.
  • Simplified Reconciliation: By ensuring that billing activities in RingOS are mirrored in QuickBooks, the integration reduces reconciliation errors and saves time.

Albert Diaz, CEO of RingLogix, emphasized the integration’s role in enhancing operational efficiency:

“Our partners are building serious recurring revenue businesses, and that means their back office needs to move as efficiently as the front.”

The QuickBooks integration is part of RingLogix’s broader initiative to expand the RingOS Marketplace, aiming to provide MSPs with tools that unify their operational ecosystem and reduce manual workloads.
