Kevin Martin Leaves FCC

In five days Kevin Martin will leave the FCC paving the way for Julius Genachowski who many hope will be more pro-competition and a much better consumer advocate.  Items for the new FCC chair to deal with include net neutrality, free wireless internet and the competitive broadband landscape.

Martin will join the Aspen Institute, a nonpartisan think tank.
