I for one am not so comfortable with this fact but it is a price I pay for using their service. If a better service came along and kept my records more private I may use it.
Thanks to AT&T’s candor, customers can now decide whether it makes sense to use AT&T for phone calls or not. There are certainly other choices on the market.
The concern we should all have next is whether the content of our conversations will soon become business records as well.
