    TO VONAGE I”v called u all to CANCELL MY ACCOUNT . I DONT KNOW HOLL MANY TIMES I SENT U EMAILS TO CANCELL MY ACCONT AT MY BANK IM TELLING YOU and HOW MANT more IF YOU take anymore money out of my bank IM GETING ME A LOWER I WONT EVER DOLLAR FROM THE DAY I CALLED AND ORDER VONAGE YOU ALL KNEW THAT I COULD NOT USE VONAGE BECOUSES I CANT GET DSL WEAR I LIVE AND I CALLED AND TOOD SO MANY PEOPLE THIS SO IF I DO NOT GET ALL MY MONEY BACK BEFOR NEXT MONTH MY LOWER IS GETING A COPY OF THIS LETTER AND ILL SEE VONAGR IN COUNT AND SEND ME A ADDRESS SO I CAN SEAN YOUR VONAGE BOX BACK TO YOU SEND ME A EMAIL @bennett77322@bellsouth.net let me hear from u soon thank u verry much nancy bennett

    I tried to cancle my vonage account ans for 3 months they stilled charged me. Then when I contacted them the customer service rep got smart with me. Plus charged me $95.00 for disconnection fee. Vonage is a ripoff.

    El sabado 04 de Abril solicite los servicos de Vonage para mi domicilio , el lunes cancele la orden , porque AT/T ,me ofrecio un muy buen descuento por mi linea telefonica y internet , cuando llame ese dia a Vonage para solicitar la cancelacion y la devolucion de mi dinero me dijeron que en un par de horas lo tendria de regreso en mi cuenta , estamos miercoles y todavia nada quisiera saber si son asi de serios esta compaƱia.

    I canceled Vonage After 2 weeks and the agent did not tell me that they were going to change my account 39.95 and i called to inquire about it and was told she i told them they are not authorized to take money out of my account i said they cannot do that and i was told when i send the box back they will give me the money back i kind of think i will not see it again …..
