Industry legend Mike Ross is joining Esnatech. I have known Mike for years and also Mohammad Nezarati. I know they will make a great team and I look forward to seeing Esnatech grow more quickly in the years ahead.

Esnatech Appoints Mike Ross as Chief Operating Officer
Company hires Aculab USA President to join executive leadership team

Richmond Hill, Ont., Canada, August 5, 2005 — Esnatech, a leader in Unified Communications platforms, announced today that it has appointed Mr. Mike Ross as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective August 1, 2005. Mr. Ross brings to Esnatech more than 25 years of management and executive level experience in all facets of computer telephony. Current CEO/COO and cofounder, Mohammad Nezarati will continue on as CEO as well he will continue to serve on the board and as Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Ross will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Esnatech’s sales, marketing and service professionals on a global basis as well as the company’s fulfillment, support and IT operations. Mr. Ross most recently served as president of Aculab USA, a leading provider and manufacturer of computer telephony technology and hardware based in Panama City, Florida. He has been in the CTI industry for over two decades and is considered a pioneer in his field. He has been the Vice President of Sales at Dialogic Corp. (acquired by Intel Corp.), as well as Partner/Principle and Vice President of Sales at Rhetorex Corp. which was later acquired by Octel Corp.
