Thanks to SBC you can get broadband for next to nothing or $14.95 per month. The speed of this service is handicapped to 1.5 megabits per second. For $24.99 you get 3 megabits and for $35/month for 4 megabits.

SBC’s new DSL price is only $2/month more than their dialup internet access. Perhaps they’ll incent dialup internet subscribers to convert to DSL and shut down/sell off the dial access network.
