If you are having problems getting legitimate emails to get through Yahoo email servers, Tom Keating’s post is a must read — along with the comments. Like so many other things in life, unscrupulous people — in this case spammers, ruin it for the rest of us.

July 8, 2010 at 4:13 pmHaving been a customer of Yahoo Mail (e-mail) for many many years, since Tuesday night I have not been able to access my e-mail account. I use my account for several needs; business, job searching and communications. Same for Facebook.com.
I have telephoned Yahoo’s customer service and was not pleased with the service at all. I have been the only owner of my account with no personal questions attached to my account. Now am asked ultra personal questions by their staff and completed insulted. They told me I am not who I am.
This is not the first time I have had this issue with my Yahoo mail account. Two months ago I had the same problem.
This is hoping Yahoo gets its “mail” department and technical fixed.
