I had a chance to speak with Michael Oeth (pronounced "Oath") the CEO of Junction Networks regarding his company's new offering my.onsip.com, a rich UC interface for the PBX. Offering features such as click-to-call and drag-and-drop calling, there are also open APIs which allow companies to integrate their phone system with other solutions such as CRM and social networks.
