The controversy over do not call lists – states Vs. the federal government reminds me of the VoIP debate. It is obvious that the federal government (FTC/FCC) should be in charge of such lists and not states. It is ridiculous to have corporations retaining law firms just so they can figure out who they can call, when and why. Here is an article on the matter in the WSJ.
