September 2, 2007 at 9:46 amI think the relation between dinosaurs and birds is absolutely certain but what is absolutely incorrect is to say that “birds are dinosaurs”. They evolved from dinosaurs, but they don’t “are” dinosaurs! Palaeontologists should use an other name for this clade like Pandinosauria.
