Quick hats off to Broadvoice for expanding worker benefits… You probably know TMC launched the Tech Culture Awards last year (winners) to celebrate the best tech cultures. As a result, we like to highlight companies which are doing their part to provide enhanced work environments.

In this case, the company has expanded the paid leave times for new moms and dads to 12 weeks. Paula Bernier has more on what the Broadvoice is doing.

Its a great trend and hopefully this positive press will encourage the companies who are able – to strive to provide the best possible environment for their team(s).
