I had a good day at CTIA. I only missed one meeting which is par for the course. I will be late for my dinner meeting as the monorail broke down. Who knew it was so cold in vegas. My fingers are numb already. I guess I need some food or hot chocolate .
The show was busy but exhibitors complained about the south hall as it was quiet. The best booths were in the north hall… Microsoft, UT Starcom, Tekelec, Cisco, etc.
There is lots of IMS activity at the show. On a separate note Samsung has spent a fortune here and has hired many models to hand out things like luggage tags and hangover helpers.
Apparently they have really great devices in the Samsung booth but I haven’t had time to visit yet.
I almost forgot that Cardo has a really cool Skype enabled bluetooth headset that is comfortable and lightweight.
