F5 Targets Nortel Customers

The parallels between nature and business are seen most often when species or companies need to adapt to change. In this case the change in the economic climate has made it a financial imperative for many companies to do whatever it takes to prosper. And one of the easiest ways to grow in a down market is by taking marketshare – generally at the expense of weaker competitors – especially those that may be sick, old or injured.

With this preamble, it comes as no surprise that F5 joins Veraz, Juniper Enterasys and Extreme Networks in somewhat publically going after Nortel customers with a replacement program.
