The company was acquired to help build out a collaboration practice. This includes a Cisco Contact Center practice – now PCM is one of 30 companies who has achieved enterprise contact center certification.
In an in-person interview, Paul told us they will also soon will be one of 20 partners on WebEx Calling offering this solution.
The company offers voice services in their managed services offering. In fact, they can cover voice, video and network with their managed services. They have multiple NOCs and 24x7x365 support.
The four divisions are closely aligned. Their solutions architect will ensure there is security and a robust network. They work together to ensure things work well. In addition, PCM can work with the carrier to potentially bring in SIP trunking, SD-WAN, etc.
The organization works as a cohesive whole – the counterparts work collectively to deploy end-to end solutions.
He thinks other consultants don’t have the depth and breadth they have. They have over 1,200 technical resources on pre and post sales side of things. PCM also has massive purchasing power which helps customers stay within tight budgets.
They also partner will all major cloud and circuit providers. “We can handle it all,” he exclaimed.
