He explained to us that historically, they have been a wholesale provider and spent the past 15 years powering other brands. We have identified a niche – “too big for UCaaS category.” There is not a good off-the-shelf solution to build your own communications stack.

“This is the area we will be powering, the midmarket enterprise players,” he exclaimed.

Their compliance-as-a-service platform is also generating a lot of buzz he told us.

He said, “Doing telecom outside the U.S. like in Asia and Europe, is challenging. We have a platform with an automated service-layer with everything an enterprise needs to be compliant in these markets.”

Enterprises can save on legal, development and operational costs and come to a one-stop-shop and handle all the downstream operational headaches dealing with regulators he told us.

He said, “We have invested in our full PSTN-replacement offering. We are in 25 markets and will add ten by the end of the year we believe it is the largest footprint in the world.” He continued, “We are in all major English-speaking markets and Europe, investing in Asia and Eastern Europe as well.”

He concluded, “If you want to build own stack there isn’t a good solution for this.”
